For order questions: Your order number and a brief description of the issue.

For brew questions: Your brew method, grind setting, ratio, and what the cup tastes like. We can usually pinpoint the problem from there.

For wholesale: Tell us about your business, your volume needs, and what you're looking for. We'll take it from there.

For everything else: Just say what's on your mind. We'll figure it out together.

A Note on Response Time

We typically respond within one business day. If something's urgent — damaged order, billing issue, anything time-sensitive — say so in the first line and we'll prioritize it. We're not going to leave you hanging.
