Subscription & Purchase Options Policy

  This Subscription & Purchase Options Policy applies to any recurring purchase or subscription-based product   offered by Pillar Coffee Roasters through pillarcoffeeroasters.com. This Policy is effective as of the date   a customer places a subscription order.

1. Subscription Overview

  By selecting a subscription or recurring purchase option at checkout, you authorize Pillar Coffee Roasters   to charge your designated payment method automatically at the recurring frequency selected   (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).

2. Billing Authorization

  Subscription orders are billed automatically according to the delivery frequency selected at the time of purchase.   Charges will continue on a recurring basis until the subscription is modified or canceled by the customer.

  By enrolling in a subscription, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method   and authorize recurring charges in accordance with the selected delivery schedule.

3. Managing Your Subscription

  Customers may manage, pause, skip, update, or cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account portal   or by contacting Pillar Coffee Roasters directly.

  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure account information, shipping details, and payment methods remain current.

4. Cancellation Policy

  Subscription cancellations must be submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the next scheduled billing date.

  If a cancellation request is received after a recurring charge has been processed, that order will be fulfilled   as scheduled and the subscription will be canceled for all future billing cycles.

  Pillar Coffee Roasters is not responsible for cancellation requests submitted after billing has occurred.

5. Refunds on Subscription Orders

  Once a subscription order has been processed and fulfilled, it is subject to the terms of our       Returns and Refund Policy   .

  Because coffee is a perishable consumable product, fulfilled subscription orders are not eligible   for cancellation or refund except in cases of verified damage, defect, or fulfillment error.

6. Modifications to Subscription Terms

  Pillar Coffee Roasters reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, product availability,   delivery frequency options, or other terms at any time.

  Customers will be notified in advance of any material changes affecting active subscriptions.   Continued participation in the subscription after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

  To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pillar Coffee Roasters’ liability arising out of or relating   to any subscription purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid for the most recent subscription order.
