This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through pillarcoffeeroasters.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Processing times may vary during peak periods, holidays, or promotional events.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and location.
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Transit times are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary.
3. Local Delivery
Local delivery may be available in select areas. Orders designated for local delivery will be delivered by Pillar Coffee Roasters or an authorized representative.
Delivery will be considered complete once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout. If no recipient is available, the order may be left at the delivery location at our discretion.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate delivery information and to provide a safe and accessible delivery location.
Pillar Coffee Roasters is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery has been completed.
4. Risk of Loss
For shipped orders, risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.
For local delivery orders, risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery to the designated address.
Pillar Coffee Roasters is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery failures caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping or delivery information at checkout. Pillar Coffee Roasters is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Additional delivery or shipping fees may apply if redelivery is required.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.
While risk of loss transfers as outlined above, we may assist customers in filing carrier claims at our discretion.
Any approved replacements or refunds related to damaged or incorrect items will be handled in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy .
7. International Shipping
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Pillar Coffee Roasters is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
Pillar Coffee Roasters is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, or carrier interruptions.
